SHYAM SHAH
Architect & Co-Founder
While an architecture student at Navrachana University, Shyam won several national and international competitions, including a Gold Medal at the International Rookies Design Competition. After graduating, he worked with RMA Architects in Mumbai and Vastu Shilpa Consultants in Ahmedabad. These roles provided him with a deep understanding of technical detailing and the execution of large-scale projects.
CHINTAL
Architect & Co-Founder
An architect and researcher, Chintal holds a B.Arch from Navrachana University - where she was the national winner of the Saint-Gobain Transparence competition - and is a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University. She was one of two scholars selected from Ashoka for an exchange at Sciences Po, Paris, later attending their Urban School (GLM programme). Her research has featured in several international and national publications:
"At 75, New Aspirations for New Delhi?" in the international journal Astrágalo: Cultura de la Arquitectura y la Ciudad (2020).
"(Re)Constructing Dwelling: Transient Architecture of Rabari" in the Journal of Adivasi and Indigenous Studies.
"Ecological Knowledge and Everyday Life of Vagadiya Rabaris" in the book Indigenous Architecture in India (ed. Gauri Bharat).
